Last Friday, on November 1, the Business Excellence Awards took place at the beautiful Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort in Kelowna. The theme at this year’s awards was "Destination Excellence" — celebrating those driving Kelowna’s success forward.

One of the special things about these awards is bringing the community together to bond. While every business has gone through a different journey to get to where they are, there is one component that they all have in common that has allowed them to achieve success — hard work.

By celebrating our business leaders, it strengthens the community by inspiring others to make strides of their own. From start-up companies to larger, more established businesses, the 2019 Business Excellence Awards took everyone into account.
