As a brand new business, Arcadia Virtual Reality Lounge knew that they needed to make a mark when they opened their doors to Kelowna. They came to Csek Creative for their website, and we ended up helping them transform their business from a unique concept into a successfully launched virtual reality arcade.
Arcadia offers more than just games - it offers a one-of-a-kind experience from the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave. The feeling that virtual reality offers is tough to describe to those who have never tried it before, and so we needed to showcase how VR truly immerses the user into another reality, while also being accessible to just about anyone who wants to have fun.
Just like VR itself, Arcadia’s brand is fun and futuristic, with an out-of-this-world feel.
Arcadia’s website, designed by Csek Creative from scratch, was made to reflect the vision for their brand and facility. This was done with futuristic fonts and images, and content written to give readers an idea of what VR really feels like.
As a new business to Kelowna, we knew that Arcadia’s website needed to be attention-grabbing, easy to navigate and full of useful information for those who wanted to know more about the business and VR.
A responsive design allows the website content to automatically resize and reformat to fit on any screen size, from phones to large format televisions, so that the website operates in a user-friendly way across multiple devices.
Content Management System
The Arcadia team has the ability to easily update any content and related media anywhere on the site. They can add, edit, or delete new pages, allowing them to take control of the website and make regular updates in a cost-effective and efficient way.
VR sessions can be requested on the website with an online booking feature built right in. This makes it easy for visitors to submit their preferred session times and make the leap into the world of virtual reality.
