Eligibility
The Csek Creative Contest Services Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to Canadian companies that meet the following criteria:
- • The company must be registered and operating in Canada.
- • The company must have an annual revenue ranging from $100,000 to $499,000 CAD.
- • The company must not be located in Quebec.
Entry Period
The Contest entry period begins on March 1st, 2024, and ends on April 28, 2025, at 11:00 PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”).
How to Enter
To enter the Contest, eligible participants must complete the entry form provided by Csek Creative during the Entry Period.
Only one entry per company is permitted.
Selection Process
- • The winner will be selected at the discretion of Nikki Csek, CEO and Rob Cupello, Chief Strategy Officer based on criteria such as growth potential, alignment with their goals and values, and overall suitability for the marketing services.
- • The decision of the judges is final and binding.
- • The winner will be announced on May 28, 2025, via the social media channels of Csek Creative.
Prize
The prize consists of $25,000 CAD worth of marketing services provided by Csek Creative.
- • The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions.
- • The prize must be redeemed within one year from the date of the winner announcement.
General Terms
By entering the Contest, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Csek Creative.
- • Csek Creative reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or does not comply with these Official Rules.
- • Csek Creative reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
- • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Csek Creative to use their company name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- • The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Personal Information
Participants acknowledge and agree that by entering the Contest and providing personal information, they consent to Csek Creative using their personal information to administer the Contest. Participants also understand and agree that Csek Creative may use their personal information to reach out for prospecting purposes after the conclusion of the Contest unless otherwise specified by the participant. Participants have the right to withdraw their consent for such use of personal information at any time by contacting Csek Creative directly.
